As part of our Farm to Pantry Fall Outreach, we’re kicking things off with a unique volunteer opportunity to help set up for the Whitt’s End Fall Festival — and we need your help!
We’re looking for at least 6-8 volunteers to assist with festival set-up. Two of these volunteers should be able to lift and move heavier items. Tasks will include:
Assembling and organizing games
Setting up tables
Unloading pumpkins
Driving T-posts for parking signage
Ensuring everything is in place for a smooth festival weekend
We’re flexible with setup times and can work around your schedule. If it’s easier, you’re welcome to come in on an evening that works for you, and setting up early gives us a chance to make any touch-ups before the big event
By volunteering, you’re not only helping us prepare for a great community event—you’re directly supporting our Food Pantry. As a thank-you, set-up volunteers will receive free entry into the event, a meal, and meat for their own freezer generously provided by Whitt’s End.
