Linda Grout
Linda Grout #1- I am a believer, a Jesus lover. #2- Blessed to have been married to the love of my life, Cliff, for 46 years, #3- Mom to a daughter, Amanda, and a son Brian. Grandma to Ethan, Cadence, Brooklyn, Averiaha, Payton, and Grayson. I am retired and love traveling to see family. I am also a Hallmark addict and love to do 1000 piece puzzles. I crave my time with Jesus and will not miss it. I volunteer at the 9AM service as an usher. I love getting to know people. I like to ask questions (“too much so” as Cliff used to say). I like to know how to pray for people. Cliff and I attended the very first Element service at the theatres and have never looked back. I need to be part of a body of believers, to fellowship, to serve, and to show those around me, Jesus. I was once told, “you may be the only Jesus some may ever see.” I have never forgotten that.

I am a Wyoming native from a farm by Powell, Wyoming. After college, I spent 22 years working for the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WyDOT). While still at WYDOT I went back to school at Simpson College in Redding California to obtain a degree in ministry. When I graduated, I quit WyDOT and was hired as an associate pastor at a local church. While there I was introduced to Biblical Concepts in Counseling (BCC) in Colorado Springs, Colorado, now called Caring for the Heart Ministries. My wife Donna and I were trained by BCC and opened an office in Cheyenne called Biblical Concepts in Counseling of Wyoming (BCCWY) in June of 2005.
I am currently do counseling from a Biblical perspective at BCCWY. We are a ministry and do not charge for counseling. We work with married couples and some individuals. I also work as a part-time chaplain at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.
Currently I am finishing our basement. For fun I like to garden, road bike and run marathons and shorter distance runs. On Sunday mornings I volunteer as a floater on the First Impressions Team. A floater is available to serve in any area that needs help that day. We were drawn to Element Church because of the outreach emphasis, seeking to reach those who don’t yet know Jesus Christ as personal Savior. We appreciate the solid Biblical teaching and many opportunities to volunteer.
