Week 4 – Jeff Maness – April 22nd, 2018

The grace of Jesus is what sets apart Christianity from every other religion on the planet. No other faith out there offers a God who died in their place to gain their entrance into Heaven. Through Psalm 23, we are given a window into the wonderful grace of Jesus, our Gracious Shepherd.

Who Is Jesus – Gracious Shepherd

Psalm 23:1 1 The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need.

Psalm 23:2-3 2 He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams. 3 He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name.

Psalm 23:4 4 Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.

Psalm 23:5a 5 You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies.

Psalm 23:5b You honor me by anointing my head with oil.

Psalm 23:5c My cup overflows with blessings.
